Because I'm just starting out with my blog, I've found it very hard to keep up with writing interesting posts! Whevnever I have time to post, I get the feeling I have nothing interesting to say, which has kept me from posting for almost two weeks it looks like! Thankfully, I'm forcing myself to post right now, so here's to some rainy-day-ramblings!
First off, I want to share with you that I recently won a giveaway from the blog Pink Daddy Chatter! The blogpost that I won on can be found here:
and I would love it if you checked it out! I won a load of skincare and beauty products which is awesome. I'll be receiving a full size jar of anti wrinkle eye cream and sample sizes of: facial mask, toner, zinc repairing cream, intense moisturizer, body butter and cocoa foot butter from Vivoderm! I'm excited about the toner and intense moisturizer, and I will let you know what I think of Vivoderm once I receive the prize!
My other news is that we will be taking the family to Water Country tomorrow in Portsmouth, NH! Baby A is five this summer, so she'll be able to do that much more! Since the kids in our family are at three completely different levels, 5, 12, and 15, we're thinking that going to a bigger park will be better for everyone. I haven't been to water country in years but I remember going with summer camp growing up, and it's sure to be a really fun day! Check out this video of one of the bigger rides there called the Dragon's Den! http://www.watercountry.com/pages/news_a.html
Finally, I found out today that a friend of mine from the playhouse summer 2010 is doing Pinkalicious at Ogunquit Playhouse this summer! I knew he was in the show, but had no idea he was so close until today! I really hope I get the chance to see the show because I never know when I'll get to see people I meet at the playhouse again, and Ogunquit is so close that I would feel bad for not going to see the show and say a quick hi to Harrison! He's playing Mr. Pinkerton, who I'm assuming is the father in the show. It's a kid's show so Angie would love it, but I don't know if I'm up for paying for a ticket for her and one for myself. I'm hoping another friend of mine who also worked with Harrison last summer will be able to go too!
So I guess this blog post was a worthwhile one, and obviously long overdue. I'm really going to try much harder to post more often, and I'd love to do more posts on giveaways! Afterall, I did start this blog to win giveaways, and now I've finally won something really great!
